CreditOne insisted on a non-truncated license, even though I clarified that truncation was a state policy beyond my control. I was told that my NY driver's license address was truncated, causing a mismatch with CreditOne's records. I promptly submitted requested documents and carried on with my journey, albeit with the inconvenience of foreign transaction fees on my debit card.Once back in the US, I found myself anticipating a response from CreditOne but never received one. Despite the annoyance, I saw the silver lining in their commitment to security. However, mid-trip, CreditOne froze my card, citing ID verification issues. I decided to use the card solely for expenses I could pay off instantly, which I did with diligence.Having a trip scheduled in July, I immediately started using the card to accumulate travel points.
